Meet our Founder & CEO, Em Kintner

People Operations & Talent Acquisition Leader with 10 years of experience at VC backed tech companies. Em has scaled teams from 10 to 450 employees, built leadership teams from scratch, and supported multiple acquisitions.

She has built, deployed and led people operations, talent acquisition, and IT teams across all aspects of the employee lifecycle including but not limited to; recruiting & diversity strategy, candidate experience, on/off boarding, connected tech, employee experience (eNPS), ERG/DEIB, talent development, total rewards, legal, compliance and crisis management (5x RIFs).

As a previous non-profit leader and General Manager (17M ARR) Em’s background makes for a unique and valuable skill set that supports the intersection of people, process & strategy.
